SLO Down Wines Creative Direction

When I met Brandon Allen, winemaker and founder of Slo Down Wines, he was looking for someone to share his vision for a stand-out brand in the bland wine industry. He had a vintage Cadillac with the Slo Down logo painted on the side and had been making great wines for four years, but he needed help spreading the word. In a few short months (and a lot of explaining to my wife) we conceived and brought the #GoesGreatWith platform to life.

Since 2012, I've worked alongside the Slo Down management team, leveraging my connections in the industry to develop all of the creative expressions that bring the craziness of Slo Down Wines to life.

From establishing a brand personality and visual tone to developing an icon system that’s experienced through Slo Down’s sought-after swag, I continue to act as creative director, account manager, producer, and CMO.
