Dignity Health and CHI Health merged in January of 2019 to become the largest healthcare company in the United States. My team was charged with telling employee stories highlighting the overlapping values and connections both organizations share.
I co-led this project with a small, dedicated crew that included a writer, producer, DP, and editor. To tell these stories, it required our team to travel the country to small towns, eat our way through diners, and hang with the locals. After months of work, our films were the connection the 5,000 healthcare employees shared at the launch of the CommonSpirit brand in the Las Vegas convention center.
